Our office hosted a webinar on 'Hate Speech & Communities of Faith & Belief', on Wednesday 15th December 2021. Chaired by Alison Thewliss MP, a panel discussion featuring three speakers generated a dynamic exploration on topic such as:
prevalent trends in hate speech targeting faith & belief communities
the impact of the pandemic on instances and conditions around hate speech
online & off-line incitement to hatred, and the congruous rise in hate speech crimes, on the basis of faith or belief
